What we store when you book online

Your name, e-mail address, phone number, optional date of birth, the treatment and time you booked, and any message you write to us. We use this only to manage your appointment and contact you about it.

Legal basis

Booking data is processed to carry out the agreement you make with us when you book (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Health information recorded during treatment is kept in our patient journal as required by health legislation.

How long we keep it

Booking data is kept as long as necessary to provide treatment and meet our legal record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and you can complain to the data protection authority. Contact us at post@example.com.

Cookies

This website uses one strictly necessary session cookie (clinic_sid). It protects the booking form and your booking page against misuse and is deleted when you close the browser. We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies, and fonts are served from our own server, so no data is sent to third parties when you visit. If you close the cookie notice, that choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage.
